The Museum of East Asian Art in Bath was founded in 1993 on the basis of one man’s personal collection. It has continued to grow and today houses objects from China, Japan, Korea, Tibet and Southeast Asia with pieces dating from c.5000 BC to the present day.

The collection of almost 2000 objects includes ceramics from all the countries of East Asia, a comprehensive collection of jades, and fine examples of metalware and other decorative arts.
