The Deathbed of Mozart', 1791 (late 19th century). Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), Austrian composer, on his deathbed surrounded by his wife and friends. The sheets of music are presumably those of his Requiem which was unfinished at the time of his death and was completed by his pupil Sussmayr.
