'Revolutionary Fury setting out to enslave or destroy the nations of Europe, is stopped by the interposing shield of Britannia who launches her thunders on the lawless fiends. The figure holding the chain wears a robe patterned with the French fleur de lys. A crown and the symbols of justice - the sword and scales - have fallen to the ground.
