'May Morning', c1760. A satirical depiction of the May Day procession with the 'Lord and Lady of May' on the left. The 'lady' is possibly a man, and the 'lord' has some sort of disability. Others in the crowd include a black servant - probably a slave - and a hurdy-gurdy player.
