'Monstrosities of 1827', 1827. Men and women parading their ridiculous fashions to each other. All of the women's hats are huge, and over decorated with flowers, bows and feathers. Their puffed sleeves and billowing skirts are in direct contrast to their tightly corseted waists. The men too wear jackets that have been pinched in at the waist and have puffed sleeves. To the right a little boy's outfit mirrors that of the men, topped off with a lucicrous hat.
