Funerary rites on the bank of the River Thames, during the late Bronze Age, 1974. A man sets light to a funel pyre on the edge of the riverbank. Two men behind him hold aloft burning torches. They are part of a band of people including several soldiers. A man on the left holds up a sword to the moon, which casts its reflection over the river.
