Suffragettes advertising a talk by Emmeline Pankhurst during the General Election, St Pancras, London, 1910. The women use hand-carts for their posters, one of which is urging people to keep the Liberals out. They are also selling copies of the newspaper Votes for Women. The Liberal government obstructed attempts to grant women the vote.
