Onlookers gather at the Monument, City of London, captured by two suffragettes on 18th April 1913. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, the Monument was built to mark the spot where the Great Fire of London had started in 1666. No charges were brought against the two women who were responsible for this publicity stunt.
