Peter Whitehead being congratulated on his shared victory with Peter Walker of the Le Mans 24 hours, 1951. They won in a Jaguar XK-120C. Peter Walker is to the right of Whitehead, second from right is William Lyons, and on the far right is Donald Healey. William Lyons was the founder of Jaguar. Healey was a rally driver, automobile engineer, and speed record holder. After WWII he began to build his own cars, the best known being the Austin-Healeys; sports cars introduced in October 1952.
