View of the ruined Crystal Palace in Sydenham, Bromley, London, 1936. Designed by Sir Joseph Paxton for the Great Exhibition of 1851, the Crystal Palace was later moved to Sydenham as part of an amusement park. It is seen here after the fire of 30 November 1936 which destroyed it.
