Jack Straw's Castle, Hampstead Heath, London, 1981. Jack Straw's Castle on Hampstead Heath was a famous coaching inn. It was destroyed in the Blitz and rebuilt in 1964 in a traditional weatherboarded style, ornamented with crenellations and Gothic windows on the top storey.
