Uniformed staff of the Odeon cinema, Leicester Square, London, 1937. The staff were assembled for this photograph, in the foyer, on its opening day 2nd November 1937. The Art Deco style is throughout the building and is even reflected in the carpet pattern. The architects, Weedon and Mather, were specialists in cinema architecture.
