Exterior view of the King's Head, Borough High Street, Southwark, London, c1870. This view shows the medieval King's Head in a derelict state, parts of it boarded up and with broken window panes. The old King's Head was built as a traditional galleried inn. A new inn bearing the same name was constructed in 1881.
