Sir Bevill Grenville's Monument at Lansdown, Avon, 1999. The monument is topped by a mythical creature that stands above a heraldic shield carved into the stone. This was erected to commemorate the heroism of the Royalist leader killed at the Battle of Lansdown in 1643.
