View from Tower Gardens looking towards the Port of London Authority Office, London, c1945-c1965. The office was designed by Sir Edwin Cooper and built between 1912 and 1922. As a result of dock closures, it was sold in 1971 and the Authority moved to smaller offices in St Katherines Dock.
