The lower terrace, Osborne House, Isle of Wight, 1880s. Osborne House on the Isle of Wight was built for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and completed in 1851. The lower terrace, with the Andromeda fountain by John Bell, is seen here, with the gardens beyond.
