Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall, London, 2002.Situated between Whitehall and St James's Park Horse Guards is the army headquarter building and is adjacent to the famous parade ground. Two mounted troopers of the Household Division guard the entrance to the central arch, which only members of the Royal Family are permitted to drive through.
