Foreign Office and Treasury, Whitehall, London, 2002.Whitehall, the route between Trafalgar Square and the Houses of Parliament, contains many Government Offices. To the top of the picture is Westminster Abbey, following the road down we pass the Treasury and the Government Offices of 1868, to the front of which stands the Cenotaph. The small street lined with red brick houses next to the Government Offices is Downing Street.
