Gatehouse, St John's College, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, 1945-1980. Detail of the gatehouse at St John's College showing the coat of arms of the foundress, Lady Margaret Beaufort (1443-1509), with yales on either side, above the archway from St John's Street. The tower was built by William Swayne in 1516.
