Masonic Hall, Old Orchard Street, Bath, 1999. An interior view of the main temple of the Masonic Hall in Old Orchard Street in Bath. The Hall was originally built as a theatre in 1750. It became a Catholic Church in the early 1800s and a masonic hall in the mid 1850s. Freemasonry is a secular fraternal society.
