Loaded lorries outside Hampton's Munitions Works, Lambeth, London, 1914-1918. These steam-powered lorries are loaded with prefabricated timber units. These will be distributed to military camps and training centres in Britain and abroad. The factory normally made furniture, but helped the war effort by manufacturing military supplies.
