Blue and white lobed jar with dragons, Wanli period, Ming dynasty, China, 1572-1620. An eight-lobed blue and white jar decorated with eight dragons amid clouds in pursuit of flaming pearls set between linked ruyi head borders at top and bottom. The band of ruyi heads on the shoulder also contains the Eight Precious Emblems.
