Imperial yellow glazed saucer, Yongzheng period, Qing dynasty, China, 1723-1735. An imperial yellow saucer dish of pale hue. The base has a six character mark of Emperor Yongzheng in underglaze blue on characteristic duck-egg white ground in a double circle. Imperial yellow monochrome pieces were reserved for the emperor and empress.
