Jade ibex pendant, Tang dynasty, China, 618-907. A white jade ibex, the front leg, tail and one side have patches of light-brown skin. One front leg is bent as if the animal is just about to get up. The horns are carved in Han style. The object is pierced through probably for use as a pendant.
