Celadon ground mallet vase, Qing dynasty, Qianlong period, China, 1736-1795. Small mallet-shaped bottle vase with underglaze blue and red daisies under a pale bluish-celadon glaze. There are two lion mask protrusions as handles. On the base is a closely written six character seal mark of Qianlong in underglaze blue.
