Proto-Yue tripod pot, Late Warring States, China, c3rd-2nd century BC. Ding (tripod jar) with serpent-shaped handles. The grey body is covered with an olive green alkaline glaze and decorated with a band of impressed comma-shaped designs under the rim and an impressed pointed oval shape on the body.
