Stoneware jar, Guangdong province, China, 10th century. Grey stoneware jar with straight, slightly outward slopping sides and narrow neck. There are three slightly raised bands on the shoulder where the neck meets the body and internally stepped trumpet mouth with traces of clear glaze.
