Pinghe sancai jarlet, Ming dynasty, China, 16th century. A jarlet of compressed globular form with finely crackled green lead glaze. The jarlet is decorated around the lip with an incised trefoil ruyi shaped motif in alternating yellow and aubergine glazes.
