The Modern Belshazzer's Feast; Alderman Sir Matthew Wood presents an envelope marked the Queen's letter to the Prince Regent's dinner table which falls into disarray. Clerics fall from their chairs and noblemen throw up their hands in horror. Two of the Prince's fat mistresses do likewise. The Regent unsuccessfully attempted to discredit and divorce the Princess Caroline.
