A figure with a potato surmounted by a weathervane for head, globe for body, holding bellows and telescope under right arm, umbrella and watering can under left arm, right foot bare, left foot in snow shoe, stands on a pedestal before which are four persons. A reference to the weather predictions of P. Murphy.
