St Vitus Cathedral, Prague, Czech Republic. Situated within the walls of Prague Castle, St Vitus Cathedral was begun in 1344 but not completed until the 19th century when the nave and the twin towers of the western facade were built. The cathedral contains the tombs of Czech kings and is the largest Gothic cathedral in central Europe.
