Instructions to Sir Edward Herbert, Attorney General, relative to the impeachment of Viscount Mandeville (Lord Kimbolton) and the Five Members, the erasures showing that it was at first intended merely to call Mandeville as a witness, 3rd January 1641. Warrant to Sir E Herbert to desist from further proceedings on the above impeachment, Theobalds, 3 March 1641.
