Louis Maurice Adolphe Linant de Bellefonds better known as Linant Pasha (1799-1883) was an explorer of Egypt and, as the chief engineer of Egypt's public works, engineer of the Suez Canal. Found in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
