Dish thought to have been used by Princess Elizabeth in 1554, 1830. This dish (c1550) is that reputedly used by the Princess Elizabeth when she dined at the Henry VIII Head Tavern after her release from the Tower in May 1554. The tavern was located on Mark Lane.
