A man outside Brooks's Club, London, 1815. 'Behold at Brooks's step-nay! I'll be bound to say a figure such as this you'll see there every day'. A man dressed in a shovel hat, brown coat, fawn breeches and blue and white stripped stockings standing at the door of Brooks's Club. The figure may be Sir Thomas Stepney, Groom of the Bedchamber to the Duke of York.
