'The man of the woods & the cat-o'-mountain', 1821. A monkey with Alderman Matthew Wood's head squats beside a plump cat with the head of Queen Caroline; he puts his left hand on her shoulder and takes her right paw which is supported on his knee. Wood was a leading champion of the Queen's cause as King George IV was trying to have their marriage dissolved.
