'Brittannia roused or the Coalition Monsters Destroyed', 1784. The giantess Britannia holding Charles James Fox above her head and grasping Lord North around the neck, dashing them to destruction.This is a satire on the struggle between William Pitt the Younger and Fox before the dissolution of Parliament. The ensuing election was a heavy defeat for Fox and North as Pitt became Prime Minister with a parliamentary majority of 120.
