Viscount Cecil, British statesman, 1935. Robert Cecil, Viscount Cecil of Chelwood was a delegate to the League of Nations. One of the architects of the League, and an ardent supporter of it, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1937. A print from a supplement to The New Statesman and Nation, 28th December 1935.
