'Georgey a' cock-horse', 1851. View of the corner of lower Grosvenor Street, Westminster, London, showing the entrance to the Mount coffee house. George Hanger, 4th Baron Coleraine (1751-1824) and a soldier and man of fashion, is shown riding a heavy short-legged pony. He was a close friend of the Prince Regent and was appointed Equerry by him in 1791.
