Interior of the Church of St Euphemia, Rovinj, Croatia. The church was built in the 18th century. It houses the sarcophagus of St Euphemia whose remains, according to local legend, miraculously washed ashore in 800 having floated all the way from the Bosphorus after she was martyred in 284.
