Sign, museum and headquarters of the Royal Highland Regiment, Perth, Scotland. Better known as the Black Watch, the Royal Highland Regiment was the senior regiment of Highlanders in the British Army. Since March 2006, it is no longer a regiment in its own right but is one of the five battalions that make up the Royal Regiment of Scotland.
