Letter by Mary Queen of Scots to Sir Francis Knollys, 1568 (1865). Her first English letter. Knollys was one of the people made responsible for taking charge of Mary after she fled Scotland and sought refuge in England. The original is in the British Museum (MS. Caligula C.I. fol 163).
