LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois, USA, 1954. Postcard showing LaSalle Street looking towards the Chicago Board of Trade Building. Designed by prominent Chicago architectural firm Holabird & Root, this Art Deco skyscraper was Chicago's tallest building from its completion in 1930 until 1965, when it was surpassed by the Richard J Daley Center.
