Bedford delivery lorries at the Danish Bacon Co, Kilnhurst, South Yorkshire, 1957. The fleet of Bedford delivery lorries which operated from the Danish Bacon Company's Kilnhurst depot during 1957. Due to its central location near Rotherham and its proximity to the A1 and the North Sea ports, Kilnhurst was an ideal base for the company. The photograph was commisioned by the Michelin Tyre company, who supplied tyres for the vehicles at the time.
