Recycling scrap, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, 1965. Edgar Allen's of Sheffield used this plant in Rotherham to recycle scrap from their main facility in Sheffield. In the photograph, the crusher can be seen and this is surrounded by scrap metal which is being graded and categorised. The scrap is then baled and loaded into the waiting railway carriages.
