Surrey Chapel, no 196 Blackfriars Road, Southwark, London, 1881. The Surrey Chapel was a Methodist and Congregational church established in 1783 by the Reverend Rowland Hill. It closed in 1881, later becoming a boxing arena before being destroyed in the Blitz.
