'Fulham', William Hayes Fisher, British politician, 1900. A Conservative, Fisher (1853-1920) served as MP for Fulham from 1885-1906 and again from 1910-1918. He held the office of Financial Secretary to the Treasury from 1902-1903 and various ministerial posts from 1915-1919. He was raised to the peerage in 1918. A print from Vanity Fair, May 3rd 1900.
