Austin lorry on a construction site, Leeds, West Yorkshire, 1959. An Austin lorry at Skelton Grange 'B' Power Station in Leeds, built between 1955 and 1962 by Kier Construction but demolished in 1998. Kier Construction was set up in the 1950s by Olaf Kier. They have been involved in many major civil engineering projects both in the UK and abroad.
