Lorry in front of the new Spillers Animal Food mill, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, 1960. A Thames Trader lorry from Teesdale's in Louth stands in front of the factory. The Trader was introduced by Ford in 1957 and was available in 4, 5 and 7 tonne versions. The driver is personally met by members of the board who hand over the paperwork for the first merchant load to be collected from the new mill on the 14th December 1960.
