Pampas Grass in Westlake Park, Los Angeles, California, USA, 1931. Vintage linen postcard showing a view of the park where people are seen walking on a path lined with Pampas Grass. The lake is seen on the left. Westlake Park was laid out in the 1880s. It was renamed MacArthur Park in honour of American General Douglas MacArthur shortly after World War II.
